Alivio Chainset Square Taper M410 What Length BB?

Hi will be using an Alivio chainset (M410) on a build. The BB shell is 68mm but i'm unsure what length spindle i will need and also which Shimano BB do you think would be best?? (was going for the UN52 from CRC).

from the link in the FAQs 113mm for a square taper BB.

Word of caution, some frames use 118mm such as my old Giant.

It's an old Carrera Kraken. Not sure what year (frame was white/blue).
