Bleed Kits

Anybody got an idea about where i can find a cheap alternative bleed kit. I have a Hope M4 to bleed and I have an Avid Juicy 7 to bleed. Have tried the Epic bleed kit but it damaged my lever where the syringe screws in. I Don't want to pay Avid or Hope prices, any ideas folks ??
