2008 spesh enduro sl pro carbon wheel upgrade

My wheels on dt Swiss wheels on my enduro have eventually died. I've got a budget of £200 £250 for a new set but am really confused what to get and what will fork on my e150 forks as they've got a 25mm thru axle???
Any suggestions what to buy, or is there a convesion kit so I can fit a standard quick release wheel.
Any help would be appreciated
