Sport relief

Anybody doing anything for it here? I've been signed up for a 10k run (whilst the other 2/3 of the family do the 1 mile walk), which I'm ok with but a bit peeved that it means I forgo the 26 mile ride to Epsom followed by the 45mile BHF ride to Reading and then a further 6 miles back home.

Both are for good causes but I can't remember the last time I ran 10k.

    Me and the family just finished the 1 mile run. great fun, we got medals and everything!
