Specialized helmet replacement warranty

Just a post to say what good service I had from Spesh recently. I came off my bike about a month ago and my helmet protected my head but suffered a hairline crack. I had heard about the damage replacement service so I contacted Specialized to say that it was broken but that the helmet was more than 2 years old (apparently they offer a 50% cost replacement if it is under 2 years old, with receipt) and I had no receipt. They emailed back the next day with details of where to send it, along with a cheque for £24 (the shop price for the helmet is now £50). I sent it off last week, and one week later received a new one. Top piece of customer service.
