BB/cranks for 2008 Giant Glory

Building up a 2008 Glory DH but having trouble sorting out chain line. Had Truvativ BB (83mm shell, 128 spindle length) & FSA maximus cranks with Flypaper pedals but had trouble with clearance of cranks on chain stays. Think this might have been to do with the pedals tho as they have a 2mm disc thing on the inside of the crank.
Thinking of getting Howitzer BB (56mm chain line) & Ruktion cranks. Will the spindle length be right to get the cranks to clear the frame?
Or are there any particular ISIS cranks that would go on original BB to give clearance (with normal pedals)?

So wht was catching? The pedals have nothing to do with it.
As long as the BB is for a 83mm shell you will be fine. As long as the cranks are howitzer fitting."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
