Chainring bolt annoyance

Raceface rings and cranks on the Spare Parts Express bike, it seems I used one chainring bolt with a longer thread than the others. This has since been over-tightened and the notches on the outer part of the bolt have worn to the point I can't get a grip with a chainring tool even if I clamp it on. Plus Gas hasn't helped.
Obviously I don't need to remove this bolt, the other three are fine and it isn't going to fall out, but sometimes it clicks while climbing.
Does anyone have a clever solution before I drill it?

I would just drill it out, and replace, unless you can fashion another notch for a screwdriver or tool.0
