1)Have you used these tyres?
2)What is you oppinion on them?
a)Rolling speed and use on road/paths
b)Wet roots
c) wet rocks
d) loose surfaces
e) Mud
I would like to know about grip, cornering etc.
3) What is best to go for? the heavy 60tpi or the 120tpi, which out the 2 rolls faster, which tears easyer etc
lots of questions i know but theres alot of info out there on these and i just want to know what you think of them.
cheers

Used them for a year in all conditions. Excellent in all conditions but a little slow rolling.
They are pretty large for theis stated size, the 2.35 is enormous!
Excellent in mud, I prefer them to the Mud x as they have better lateral grip. On loose surfaces the surface limits the grip, not the tyre. Only tyre I have never managed to pinch flat. I used the 120tpi, no idea how different the 60tpi is.
I replaced them with Schwalbe Muddy Mary's which are similar but slightly more aggressive.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

I'd agree with all this but would also add...
Side walls are made of clingfilm..... I went down a technical rocky DH and the side wall slit like a hot knife through butter... The tire tread was perfect and grippy and had loads left but the sidewalls just gave up the ghost...Ibis Mojo HD 2011 www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php? ... t=12842777

cheers guys, that was the jist i got from reading reviews here and there, easy to rip im looking for a medium to fast tyre, lots of grip in varied conditions and does not rip like clingfilm. Im going to be biking the west highland way over 3 days, some of its pretty jaggy, the first 20 mile is road/paths i think then its rocky rooty stuff, then rocky loose stuff the rest of the way, 95 miles so looking for some decent tyres0
