Cycle club in Loughton

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a cycling club in Loughton or close by?

I've just bought my first road bike and am looking into doing some touring and eventually some racing. I'm new to road biking and i'm pretty keen to get going with like minded individuals. I 'm ideally looking for a club that heads out one day on the weekends. I can't seem to find any info online.

Any help would be great.

I don't know any from first hand experience, but I think there's one based in Chingford...
