Any alternatives to the Boardman Team FS at £900?

Hello everybody.

I'm planning to buy my first FS bike - Boardman Team FS (size 18)
I can get it for £900

Are there any alternatives worth considering at this price?

At the moment I ride my old Claud Butler Cape Wrath fitted with Reba SL fork, thanks to the advise from this forum 4 years ago .
Think I deserve a new bike after 4 years.

Any suggestions?
I can't really afford to spend more.

I love my 2011 Team FS, a fantastic amount of bike for the money, but I'm not quite so sure about the 2012 version....

The Anthem looks great though!

Looks like Boardman Team FS remains the same for 2012. Halfords lists it as 2011/2012 model.

Looks like I will be getting Giant Anthem X5 after all. Tried similar 2012 model in Giant store today and liked it a lot.
Also found that small frame fits me best despite Giants size charts most definitely tell me to pick medium. Proves that its always best to try before you buy online.

Well, had a ride on saturday. Very pleased
Easy to climb up the hills and nicely going down. Steering is quite different from my hardtail, but I like it, more responsive. Just need to play with shocks a bit.
