Where to look for a 1/2 day's worker

Slightly off-the-wall, but is there a web site or similar where I can look as I need someone to assist me in non-physical work in the London area for 1/2 a day Mon or Tues next week?

Local pub, ask bar staff if they know any student/unemployed types. I used to do this a lot when delivering in France or away from home and needed an extra pair of hands to load/unload..
