back after a bit of a lay off

hi everyone, as the title says i havent been out on my bike for quite a few months due to personal reasons that i wont bore you with. I am just wondering how is best to get back to covering around 30-35miles a day. Should i just take it steady and build up to it over the days and weeks?? the reason i ask is i have agreed to a charity cycle with some guys i work with,120 miles in two days so obviously 60 miles a day. Any help appreiated.

Gradually build up the distance each week. If you start to feel tired and overtrained back off, then ease back into it. Hope this helps!0
