Any other beginners in Falkirk area?

Hello guys. Newbie here! I've been riding for a little while on my own etc but wonder if there's anybody in the Falkirk/wider central belt area who rides informally? I know we have a BC but to be honest I'm not entirely certain I'm of the standard that would be beneficial to a team as of yet and I don't want to be holding folk back or spending club rides spat out the back, demoralised and on my own. Anybody on here who are fairly casual and don't mind someone like-minded tagging along?

    Hi Lefty, welcome to the forum! What distance do you do when you go out? I go out with one of the local clubs, and they have a social/development club run. That group would normally do about 30-40mls at an average speed of around 14/15 mph. Even if you don't do that when youre out on your own, it's amazing how you get pulled along riding in a group. I def felt like you before deciding just to go for it. The club runs aren't done as a race, they are consistently paced, quite social with a cafe stop at the end. What side of Falkirk are you?
