I'm going to go for big Jensie, wears his heart on his sleeve and is a general legend.

easy "Spartacus" - what an engine!http://veloviewer.com/SigImage.php?a=3370a&r=3&c=5&u=M&g=p&f=abcdefghij&z=a.png
Wiliers: Cento Uno/Superleggera R and Zero 7. Bianchi Infinito CV and Oltre XR20 -
Can't make my mind up I do like watching Spartacus ride he just has such a good style of riding and what power. But last season had to be Gilbert just looked so strong and with what was last year a pretty poor team he hardly ever seemed to have any team mates supporting him in the big races, yet came from the front of the bunch and just rode away with an aggressive attacking style.Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0

JTL - A Brit who can attack on a climb, what more do you want from life?0

There can be only one - George Hincapie0

Why d'ya like Hincapie?
I like the longevity of some riders. Hincapie has gone on so long ,..and he has done what..16 Tour de France completions?? He started to race pro in 1994,the year of Kelly and Lemond's final seasons and still going on two generations later. Also, I did some of the same races as him when I lived/raced in France as a 22 year old0 -
At the moment I like what I see when Sagan races.
Pip's got to be up there too.
For unheralded brilliance, Daniele Oss. A real tireless workhorse. Would like to see him given a free hand at Roubaix one year. It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.0 -
Hmmm. too many to choose from:
Motor (figuratively): Cancellara
Attacking Flair: Pip
Dependability in the team: O'Grady
Up and coming brilliance: Sagan
Speed at the sharp end: Cav
Favourite of those is Cancellara, but I expect by next season it'll be Sagan.
But my real all round favourite and not on that list is Vos. She hits all of those marks and in multiple disciplines road, track and cross.
She is the Cannibalette.0 -

Voeckler
Gilbert
And anyone who isn't Wiggins.0 -

Wasn't a huge fan before, but enjoyed the attacks in last years TdF because they were epicThe British Empire never died, it just moved to the Velodrome0 -

Again, I like various riders for different reasons:
Comic-book heroism - Cancellara
Climbing and descending - Nibali
Inscrutable Italian cool - Basso
Gutsy sprinting - Cavendish
Genuine British contender - Wiggins
Never-say-die commitment and dedication - Evans and Voeckler
Unpredictability and excitement - Gilbert
Epitomy of the mental sadism of the whole thing - Voigt
Humility and sportsmanship - Hoogerland
Just generally like - Thomas, Boasson Hagen, Hushovd0 -

Ah hell. David Millar. I'm a sucker for a penitent and articulate ex-cheat.0
