A little plug (no connection with me) for this charity ride this Sunday - http://www.rennieway.com/theride/index.html
I did it last year and it's one of my favourite rides of all the various Chiltern sportives. Quite a hard route which includes Smalldean Lane (25%), well marshalled with cheering kids and grannies at some points. Can't be bothered registering for the free T-shirt etc. or driving to the start in Aylesbury, so I'll be joining the route near Bovingdon and happily donate to the charity.
