Covert Coffee near St Pauls

Completely OT here. Any suggestions for a suitable location for a covert morning meeting over coffee in the vicinity of St Pauls? Must be nice and off the beaten (Starbucks) track.

I recently met a headhunter at a coffee shop by Chancery Lane tube, where those faux-tudor buildings are. Its kind of sunk down off the pavement level so ideal for our clandestine purposes. Cant recall what its called though.

I know the one you mean; blah blah 1892 or something. Cant say I was impressed with either their coffee or croissants.
