Hey...

Crashed my TCR adv sl the other day... well a car pulled out. I think i need to get it scanned for damage? Especially as insurance companies might get involved.

Can anyone recommend a company towards the SE of UK or midlands please???

many thanks

An experianced eye and a few simple tests are pretty much as good on a hollow structure like a frame. NDT is really needed when you have internal structures and core materials.

We do a great deal of carbon repairs, mostly Motorsport and aerospace but have done several frames and in almost all cases repair is strait forward in any case. I'll happerly talk thIngs over on the phone or take a look if you swing by our Essex workshops. PM me if you want my details or more info.

Unless the insurance company specifically asks for it (and pays for it) I'd just take it down to your LBS and ask them to value the damage.
