Hutchison Atom tyres

I have always used Gatorskin tyres on my bike, through winter and summer as I dont like getting punctures but feel I am probably missing out on speed and smoothness by doing so.
I phoned my local friendly bike shop who are selling some Hutchison Atom tyres and was wondering if anyone had used them? The other ones they sell are Continental GP4000 which I think are a quite popular choice.

I have them on one of my bikes and they are fine. They got a good write up in a Cycling Plus test last year, here's there review: http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/category/ ... 879?_brc=0
Decthlon sell them for £44.99 for the pair: http://www.decathlon.co.uk/op-700x23-at ... 78637.html0 -
if you want a good, tough training tyre then Mich Krylions are a good bet. Better than gators IMO.
If you want something sportier, lighter etc. then there are some good deals on Mich ProRace3s at the moment (see Merlin and PlanetX).Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0
