adapter 15/12mm on conventional

I want to use my wheels set DT swiss xr400, with hubs DT Swiss 240s, front 15mm and rear 12mm (were on my Simplon Dozer am2 ) on new mtb hardtail frame Scott scale 20, carbon , provided for conventional hubs.
What kind of adapters you suggest me to use?

    Dont think it can be done. Some of he 240s maybe possible but others can not.
