Shimano M087 SPD shoes

Im looking at getting some M087 shoes, iv heard they are a small fit, I'm usually a UK size 10 should I look at getting euro size 45 or 46? The ones available in the shop are wide fit so I will need to take that into account.

You should need a Euro 46... All shimano shoes come up a 'trainer' size too small. I had to go up two sizes in my MW80's (Shimano winter boots).
