Forest of Dean help needed...

To keep it short, 4 or 5 of us are looking to visit the FOD tomorrow (Sat 17th) but but have realised that to get a reasonable length ride and find the good stuff we are going to need some local knowledge. Does anyone fancy showing us what the FOD has to. We can return the favour at a later date if you would like to ride the off piste stuff at Cannock?

Or has anyone got and routes i can download to my Garmin?
