This was my route last Friday, not the best as I was looking for a few new bits so slightly strange route at times and I went back and forwards along the section next to the Woburn Road, but there are loads of other routes around, you will see a lot of them as you go round.

stanny, fitness levels of the group range from the uber fit to the lardy boy (me). Normally the group is separated into two groups with a slow and fast group on sunday mornings (1 or 2 hours).

Cyclone is more about being social than beasting people and showing off (which is nice and the reason why most of us stay) so no one is left behind on a ride regardless of how slow you are - our recent weekend away is testament to the fun rather than anything else!

You really need someone to show you around as alot of the good stuff can be well hidden and its hard to find a good way of linking it all up.

A mate showed be around a while back and we did a good 2 hour ride, this can easily be cut down to just over an hour as there is a big loop you can miss out. I have started working just down the road so have been going after work and Im still taking wrong turns here and there and noticing people riding off down routes so there is plenty more for me to explore!

If I look at my route on a GPS track it looks bizzare as it crosses and loops everywhere but you dont notice when riding it. Will get a track uploaded when I get chance.
