Fork steerer tube length question

Im looking at replacing the forks on my bike and have got a set lined up.
Ive just removed the forks on my bike, and the measurement from the top of the crown to the steerer tube top is 185mm.
The forks Im looking at buying are 186mm length steerer tube with no crown fitted.
Will it be ok to fit these forks and they'll sit a bit lower in the stem?
There is 3 spacers under the stem, I could take one out, but will this alter the ride much?
Any advice / comments appreciated.

It will be fine. Just use spacers to fine tune, got plenty to use.0
