Bottom Bracket Identification and servicing

Not sure how much longer I can keep saying this, but I'm new to modern bikes. I've had a Cube Ltd Pro 29er for a few weeks now and am still learning about it and how to look after it. I want to look after it better than my last bike, i.e, regular washing (more than once every 8 years) and lubrication (not quite as bad, but wasn't good)
The BB is listed as part of the crankset : Shimano FC-M552, 2 piece intregrated BB. Am I right in saying that this is Hollowtech or is it Octalink (or both, I did say I'm a noob to all this).
The only guidance I've found so far are the fitting instructions from Shimano, and they don't answer my questions.
What maintenance do I need to do on this? After a decent wash, do I need to lubricate/grease anything? Should I dismantle and service at any time, or is it a sealed unit?

it is external bearings. (HT11) no serviceing to do just replace when worn."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
