This is my Campagnolo Athena equipped Sintesi Blade 1.0. I have been riding this bike for two years and I love it! When I went out shopping for my second road bike, I was pretty sure what I was looking for – a black carbon frame with black rims and bold graphics all over the place! Then my local dealer showed me this bike, and the rest is history… For me this is a pretty modern looking bike, but it also has some classic looks, that appealed to me.

Yes, I can only compare this bike with my first steel frame racer from the 80’s, but for me the Sintesi Blade 1.0 is a wonderful ride! I was actually a bit worried that the SDG I-Fly saddle would do nasty stuff(?!) to my bum, but I have no problems with this saddle!

I find this bike rather beautiful, sort of more than the some of its parts sort of thing. Sometimes they look fast when they're stood still.
Glen (work colleague) 'So Tony, those stars in the sky..they're not really small...they're really far away?'
Glen:'so the Scottish, the Welch and the Irish all have their own languages..so why don't the English have their own language?'

    Probably because I’m 193 cm tall! :)

I think the reason for this is to build in some comfort in the frame? Is that likely?
