nant yr arian best bits?

Off to nant yr arian at the weekend... last time I went I was lucky enough to meet up with some regulars who took me round a cracking route using bits of everything, I seem to remember it avoided the long drags through farmland etc and linked all the best sections... anyone have a gpx or give me some pointers?
