Earlier today I reported to ChainReaction that their product description for "Endura Slick Overshoe Toe cover 2012" might be incorrect - see what you think: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=80218

First they replied saying can you tell us which product - even though I have pasted the URL above into the email, then they sent me this:
If this specifications are listed on the website that means the item will have all this features. I hope this has been of assistance and if you need any more information dont hesitate to contact us.

So they didn't bother reading the description to see if there was an error but instead replied with 3 errors in their use of the English language. :roll:
