Good morning everyone,
I've scoured the web trying to find information specifically on the ability to use a Pressfit BB30 from SRAM with a Cannondale Flash? Am getting mixed reports about this and would like to find out if there is anything I should be looking out for when considering Pressfit vs. normal BB30.
If I find out anything, I'll post my findings here too.

BB30 is not one of the "press fit" standards.
BB30 has a 30mm axel while the obers have a 24mm axel.
What you can use depends on your frame an what ha actually been fitted to it.
Some BB30 frames came with reducers to allow other standards to be fitted.
More info needed from you as to what you actually have."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Been doing more research and beginning to find out that Pressfit BB30 does not equal standard BB30. Though there are some who say that there are washers/shims/reducers to adapt PF30 to BB30. I think I'll just go traditional and get some ceramic bearings and have them pressed into the frame instead.0

Correct. BB30 is 2 bearings pressed straight into the frame, PF30 (as used on the 2012 carbon Scott frames) is plastic cups housing the bearings pressed into the frame. You can't change between these without a serious bodge, it's one or the other. Flash frames always were BB30, not PF30, can't see that has changed.
So yes, get some bearings from a supplier and stick them in yourself, much easier.0
