    You could try http://www.webs.com/. They host site and provide many usable templates. They have a free service which is very easy to use and a very good place to start a site, or, if you want to be more professional, you could buy a premium package for around $200 for 2 years.

    I know this because I run a site using their service and it's very good and the price includes a full .com/ .org/ .co.uk/ .biz ....... site address.
