riding / training buddy required

is there anyone around the Stoke on Trent area who rides alone but would like company - i hate riding alone after the crashes ive had ! so i want a riding buddy my local trails are Hanchurch trentham parkhall and apedale - i drive to cannock quite alot too as well as llandeggla

    I go to cannock now and again..my mrs had a stroke last april so not been out and about for nearly a year..looking to get fit and arrange some charity rides for early next year also do sutton park as thats closer to me...
