Fox Forks and Shocks recommended air pressure

I've searched the Fox website but can't find any recommended air pressure settings. Does anyone know where i can find out this info?

    The recommended air pressure of the shock and fork varies due to frame design, rear shock leverage and for the front, head angle.
    That is why, you should use sag as you guideline. 20-25-30% of sag is what many prefer.

    just add what is needed to give the sag that you want.
