Internal routing brake cable ferrules

I ve recently rebuilt my Focus Cayo frame and have mislaid the brake outer ferrules that go where the brake cable goes into the top tube. Currently ruuning the outer all the way through and it rattles like hell. Drawn a blank sourcing through Focus direct and LBS cant help. Anyone have any idea where to find some?
