Been thinking of getting a pro bike, shoe and cleat fit with bike dynamics at a cost of £135. I do race and can't help think that this may help.
Anyone had this done and is it worth it?

I can see it helping on a road bike, but on an MTB where half the time your not sitting in the saddle anyway, I see little value, certainly not £135 worth! Besides if they tell you you have the wrong size frame that's game over!

No, I think they are for the majority a waste. You and your twin could like two totally different set ups, and you could visit 5 different shops and be given 10 different set ups between you.

A little bit of research and experimentation is what you need, and your budget will be ample for this.

The only people they that benefit are those with medical condtions, who are seen by sports medical specialists.

Exactly. For a road bike its probably worth doing, on a mtb I cant see the point at all.
