So does anyone know anything about these or suggest anything that it may need upgrading in the future i believe im stuck to 100mm forks due to the bike geometry.

Thanks

I should ride it for a bit and see what you think, don't worry about upgrades for now.

I built up a "new old stock" 2007 Kula frame I got cheap as a winter bike this winter, with 100mm Pace RC39's, I am really happy with how it rides. I generally stick to short travel full suss so my hardtail experience was limited to older models and the Kula beats me up less off road and has less snappy, more neutral handling and a nice feel.

Decent spec, decent bike. Have a friend with one and it does everything he wants.

Kona have suffered somewhat for not being able to stand toe to toe for value with other big brands RRPs and also for not being seen to be a 'fashionable' choice in the UK. However, the people who do ride their bikes appear to love them and it seems difficult to find many displeased owners out there.
