Anybody take part in the round 3 races yesterday?
I entered in the Veteran male, it was a great day, weather was perfect and had great fun.
Didn't really see any incidents etc - anybody have any stories to tell or pics?

I raced in Sport, I agree it was an excellent event, the weather was like summer 8) . In Rnd 2 I discovered that I had forgotten how to ride fast after doing too many long rides over the winter. I made myself work a bit harder yesterday, and got a slightly better rest for my efforts.
I was hanging around for most of the day (looking after a friend's children in the morning while she raced) and didn't see any incidents. However there did seem to be lots of people pushing bikes back to the start, I must have given five people directions back to the start. Mainly tyre problems, plus a couple of broken drivetrains. I saw the ambulance out on course during one of my laps, not sure what the problem was?
Looking forward to Frith Hill in 3 weeks time.0
