Can someone pont me to a good route planner,once the ccks move i want to ride to work and home-i work nights and my drive to work takes me down the a406, obviously don't want to ride on there so looking for a safe route to ride.

mapometer is good if you know the area.

googlemaps used to have a cycling option ,but not sure if it was a trial that didn't work.

where do you go from/to in ilford and walthamstow. local knowledge being better than a program.
