Where to get my avids fixed bristol or by post

I have a seized piston in my trusty juicy 5s and figure I need to get the pistons and seals changed. I also have a sheered bolt in the leaver, which I guess I could get done at the same time.
Question is hoiw much will this cost me?
Also does anyone know of a shop in bristol that can do it, or a place I can post it to to have it done? Tried a google and came up with nothing of use
