Lappierre Zesty 314 bottom bracket change

Hi all,
Just noticed the bottom bracket on my 2010 Zesty 314 is quite badly worn. I'm thinking of changing it myself and was wondering if anyone has experience of changing press fit bottom brackets, is it easy? what tools do you need and probably most importantly what bottom bracket do I need.
Any advice would be gratefully accepted.Cheers, Steve.
