Hi All,
I am thinking of getting a Computer for my Specialized Allez.
Can you recommend me a decent Computer for it for under £30 (The least the better )?
I would buy it from Ribble's probably, as I am already spending over £35 there, so I would get the 20% of price : http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/pp/road-t ... uters/COMP
Thanks and ATB,
James

I run a few of these on various bikes and there spot on, last for ages and never give you any bother.
I know it's a little more than £30 but there the only ones I've tried out.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I can't seem to find much information on the Raspberry?Dave_P1 wrote:I run a few of these on various bikes and there spot on, last for ages and never give you any bother.

Thanks for that. I can get that for a couple of pence over £30 from wiggles, so it's definitely one to consider. Although it is right at the top of my budget.
Thanks and ATB

some VDO model came out well in the reviews last time I looked. It's their basic wireless model. I'll have a quick browse...Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0

I had a Cateye Strada wireless, well a few actually, as none of them worked either consistently or at all. Sent them all back and moved on.Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0

If you're not fussed about cadence and want something small, discreet and easy to use I'd recommend the Cateye Micro Wireless. I've had one on the go for years, no problems. Generally around £30 on t'web but I recently bought one from here which is the cheapest I could find.
