iPad3 returns

I've ordered an iPad 3 to replace my iPad 2 as I am a sucker for marketing hype.

If it turns up and the retina screen and faster processor don't make it that much better than the iPad 2, does anyone know the laws etc on returning goods that are "not as good as I had hoped", rather than "faulty"?

I agree with guinea, just wanted to add that you have 7 days under there Distance Selling regulations to return the goods. In case you do like it, how much do you want for your iPad 2 as I only have an iPad 1 but I'm not that impressed with the spec of the "New iPad"?

Apologies Gizmodo, my parents have already bagsied the iPad 2. At a price, of course....
