Hi all,
My front 9spd derailleur on my 09 Kona Caldera has got sloppy and stopped shifting properly.
I need a replacement but I don't know what size I require. I have the choice of Dual pull 28.6/34.9 size or 31.8/34.9?
Does anyone know what size I require? The Kona site is off no help.
Many thanks
Mark

What size is your seat post clamp, most seat tubes are a continuous size and on 99% of bikes the FD clamp is the same size as the seatpost clamp.
Otherwise just remove it and see what it says inside, most AM Shimano are 34.9 with spacers for 31.8 anyway. (28.6 is rare for an ally frame, tends to be steel only).
