It pains me to think that the great british public actually CHOSE this shower of in-bred , horse stuffing etononians to run the United Kingdom. I mean, take a look at them !! Is there a single one you would want as a friend.......I think not. You can just imagine them in their younger days snivelling in a corner whilst wearing a straw boater hat at prep school because toady tompkinson in their class called them a beast.

And this country of ours elected these greedy, snivelling, worthless, trustless, moral-less, prejudiced, self-centered, self-effacing, fox hunting,bowler hat wearing cretinous morons to manage the UK coiffeurs.............need I say any more.double-facepalm.jpg

  • nicolas obviously isnt an etonian in-breed between another etonian in-breed and a horse, and ive no clue who the other guy is.perhaps "running" was a poor word choice and "ruining" may have been wholly more applicable.

    What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!

    there are better odds on wolves topping the premiership , qualifying for champions league 2013 and beating barcelona 7-0 in the final than that useless milliband moron ever getting the key to no 10 mate. stick your cash on the wolves bet.

    just a bit more pedantry...

    the conservative party actually got a bigger share of the vote than the previous labour government... so they arguably had a stronger mandate.. its just that the constituency boundaries favour labour -> unsurprising as the consitunencies were adjusted under labour supervision.

    2005 -> labour -> 35.3% of the vote (wins a majority with 356 seats)
    2010 -> Conservative -> 36.1% of the vote (wins a minority of 307 seats)

    the conservative party also got more real votes by over 1,000,000, with higher % turnout in 2010 too.. (although the 3.1% growth in the electorate will have had a small effect on the growth -> not the % turnout though)

    So with a bigger share of the voters, and more people voting for them.. it seems like the electorate definitely did want a conservative government.

    If people want diversified politics, then they need to campaign for different representation.

    Only a very small minority of voters decides who gets elected.

    They get disproportionately represented, and parties from accross the spectrum all jossle for those few votes.

    It's depressing! Really depressing.

    We've gone from probably the worst government this country ever had (Blair / Brown) to a load of inbred twits. Have they even announce anything and then followed through with it yet? Meanwhile, we're still printing money (and don't pretend the BoE is, or has ever been independent) and we're still spending more than in the boom years despite that spending being based on the largest credit bubble ever.

    The markets no longer function, as the gilt rates are now dictated by the printing and the state controlled banks. A full on currency crisis is the only thing that make us realise the mess we're in.

    State failure is not that far away.
