I'm tracking my mate cycling home at the moment; he's using Endomondo and has his ear phones in so he can hear the pep-talks and some quiet music.

I've just found I can send him live pep-talks while he cycles!

I'm not entirely sure he can actually DO all the things I'm suggesting he tries and slagging him off as he climbs a hill slowly is entirely fair.

But it's great fun!

I could stay here until he gets home abusing him all the way...

God this is great fun :D

I'm an endomondo user but I have it set to 'private' so only people I know can see my activities and send me pep talks. I can't understand people having theirs set to public.
They will be able to see who sent them the pep talks by looking at the activities so make sure you're set to private otherwise they might take revenge :D

My mate has his set to private so only friends can see his workouts (and abuse him)

I got a text off him last night - saying he couldn't breathe for laughing when the pep talks were coming over :D

For the ride home: I'm going to ride my bike until I get home in PR4L
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.
