Recent cycling is only streaming at 400 kps (its stutters a bit before settling at that level). I've got 2.5meg regularly so its not my broadband - last year it was fine.
Anyone else got this, its really getting on my nerves
As a side issue - why does silverlight use so much processor capacity ? - is this part of the issue ?
and the top bar now only goes to 1800kps (I'm sure last year it was 4000kps (or was that HD)
