routes/rides in cornwall

hi guys can anyone give me some routes or rides in cornwall preferably mid cornwall,I go to united down's/poldice valley only know the trail routes seen the downhill courses they have built they look fun,would like some longer fun routes to try go on.

    There are plenty of country routes along the way to Bodmin and Truro..or is that too far West?

    that's is fine Thanks,I have poldice valley united down's 5mins away just would like bit more of a ride variation woods trails jumps etc

    Poldice can include Unity Woods whihc is nice. Carn Brea is good as is around the Beacon at St Agnes
