After strugling for 12 months with a dodgy set of RS Lyriks and not fancying the repair bill, Ive now got a brand spanking new air spring thanks to Nothwind for a exceptional good price

All I need now is to fit it, buy a new chain and rear mech mech and fit those, bleed my rear brakes and Im back on the trail. 3 Months is a long time out of the saddle, and Im finding myself being consoled by youtube vids of morzine and Fort Bill...

Not long to go now though yipeeeee
