As the title really does anybody know if the rock shox recon gold tk can be upgraded to motion control, with adjustable floodgate, and if so which parts from which forks?

The floodgate is fixed though, but you get full compression adjustment.

i read somewhere you can fit the adjustable floodgate from the reba, know anything about it?

Not something I have tried! The Reba kit may fit, but you would have to contact Fisher about that.
