How about producing cycle kit in this stuff.?

Energy from special fabric could power a music player, cycle computer or maybe lights?

    But then you would have to connect your jersey to all the bike electric equipment - I imagine it would be not very comfortable having all these wires around...

    My merino cardigan seems to generate a fair bit of static already - I'm forever shocking myself when I touch earthed objects.
