fork sag set up

Hi, i'm playing around with my compression settings on my RS pike. I have 140mm of travel and wanted to try about 30mm of sag, i pumped +ve and -ve to 105psi to achieve this sag at full open compression. I wanted to firm the fork up a little on the intial stroke. If i dial in more compression damping i lose my sag. How can i get round this problem?

try a few psi less in the -ve to begin. Then you could start playing with a combination of floodgate (if available) and comp. damping.

I was thinking about that to be honest. I wanted the sag with full comp and no pedal bob but guess it's an unrealistic set up.
