Has anyone been on a road cycling holiday to the Isle of Mull? Thinking of booking a week there, would you recommend it or should we look elsewhere in Scotland?

hi, we did our mull to hull trip last august and mull is perfect for cycling.
there are a lot of hills but the roads are really quiet. just watch out for suicidal sheep.
the east road from graignure to tobermory is a great road with great views. there is a slide show of our trip on tour and experdition thread.

    enjoy mull, its fantastic!
also, the ncn route east from oban on the mainland is great for views too!

if you get the ferry to craignure, pop into the shop opposite the terminal. the tourist info centre next door has some a3 maps which we got for free, had some routes and places of interest on them.
where are you going to be based?
